WARRANTY

Your Templ Brand watch is warranted to you, the original consumer by Templ to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Templ Brand watch warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects. The watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under the warranty.

In the event of a qualifying defect or malfunction during this one (1) year period, the watch will be repaired or replaced by Templ, free of repair charges, if the timepiece proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, as determined by Templ.

Without limiting any other warranty limitation set forth herein, this limited warranty does not cover batteries, straps, plating, scratches or any damages arising from normal wear or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than an Templ authorized service center.

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, strong magnetic and/or electrical fields may adversely affect the operation of the watch and void the warranty, as determined by Templ in its sole discretion. Without limiting any other warranty limitation set forth herein, this warranty is void if your watch has been damaged by unauthorized service, negligence or accident, or other causes not relating to defective material or workmanship. Please include a copy of your sales receipt and a description of the problem. Please do not send original packaging with your watch, as it will not be returned. Templ strongly recommends that you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment.

Templ is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. For service work that is not covered under this warranty, or if it has been one (1) year or longer from the date of purchase, the service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent upon the watch style and the type of work requested. These charges are subject to change, and you will be notified of such charges prior to performing the services. Please note for those repairs not covered under warranty the customer is responsible for $15 return shipping and handling.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the without contacting us first.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@templbrand.com.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@templbrand.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Templ Brand is pleased to offer free ground shipping via USPS to all US 50 states. At this time we do not ship internationally through our site. Please send all international order inquiries to cs@templbrand.com.
